Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality in Chicago, IL is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (shift supervisor level). The role leads and coaches the maintenance crew, performing routine and preventive maintenance on hotel and casino facilities.

You will ensure safety, coordinate across departments, manage schedules, and hire/train staff. A strong background in commercial property maintenance and relevant certificates is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have seven+ years of commercial property maintenance experience.
• Maintenance certificates or licenses listed in the job description may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach maintenance crew; perform assigned tasks.
• Ensure safety and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Develop, schedule, and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance activities.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials.
