Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician III to install, inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management across the property.

You will perform preventive maintenance, oversee outside contractors, coordinate with the Property Manager on move-ins/move-outs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering dependable service to residents and staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of building maintenance experience.
• Broad range of maintenance and repair skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety standards and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Regularly stand, climb, walk, hear/listen, talk.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Address safety and waste management issues as required.
• Complete basic facilities maintenance tasks, such as painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and fixture installations.
• Assist with various facility projects and coordinate facility improvements.
• Log and track maintenance activities using a work order system.
• Maintain communication with residents and coordinate requests via the work order system.
• Oversee contractors and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Maintain exterior of the property and curb appeal.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on move-ins and move-outs to ensure apartments are ready.
• Maintain and oversee proper maintenance of all common area amenities.
