Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform advanced maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and building systems in a fast-paced facility. You will lead by example, guide junior technicians, and uphold safety and quality best practices across operations.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and hands-on expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and CMMS documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years in facilities or industrial maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proven ability to lead by example and support team development.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently on complex systems.
• Proficiency using a CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Maintenance: Perform complex maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Preventive Programs: Lead and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely completion within CMMS.
• Diagnostics: Identify root causes of recurring equipment issues and recommend long-term, sustainable solutions.
• Leadership in Practice: Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork while informally guiding and mentoring lower-level technicians.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion safety culture by modeling best practices and ensuring all work meets C&W Services and OSHA standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other departments to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize operational downtime.
