Job summary

C&W Services seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and building systems at our Utah facility. You will follow SOPs, mentor junior staff, and support operations with preventative and reactive work while ensuring safety and quality.

This on-site role requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced industrial setting. The position emphasizes completing work orders, documenting activities in the CMMS, and collaborating with supervisors to keep

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of relevant facilities maintenance experience.
General knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures and industrial equipment.
Ability to repair basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
Strong written and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
Complete work orders as assigned by supervisors and document work performed.
Record time, materials and details in the CMMS system for tracking and billing.
Provide maintenance support across multiple facilities as needed.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
