Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Manager-Facilities to serve as the business unit facility leader, directing site repairs, preventive maintenance and new construction to ensure timely, on-budget completion and compliant design.

This onsite role oversees building systems (mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety), coordinates contractors for renovations, and ensures safety, NFPA compliance and efficient production floor layouts.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a technical or business discipline is required or equivalent years of experience.
• Requires knowledge of hazardous material management, NFPA Life Safety Code, State Fire Marshall and NFPA 99 requirements.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years relevant experience leading teams and 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or other utility systems.
