Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks a Manager-Facilities to lead the facilities and maintenance business unit, directing site repairs, construction, and preventive maintenance. You will manage building systems, oversee contractors, and ensure projects meet timeframes, design, and budget requirements.

Lead a team to optimize resources, develop talent, and align actions with IU Health's mission of excellence, compassion, and teamwork. This is an on-site role with periodic on-call support.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
In-depth knowledge of hazardous materials and NFPA Life Safety Code.
Understanding of JCAHO/SDOH/OSHA codes and related regulations.
3+ years leading teams; 5+ years in HVAC/plumbing/electrical or utility systems.
