Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead engineering, facilities, maintenance, and utilities at our Massachusetts site. You will ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance while driving preventive maintenance, asset management, and capital projects.

Collaboration with Operations, QA, and Supply Chain will be essential to deliver reliable operations and continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's with 8+ years in a regulated environment and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant engineering/ facilities/ EHS experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in medical devices, biologics, pharmaceuticals, or FDA-regulated industries preferred.
• Master's degree and professional certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, facilities, maintenance, and utility operations to support manufacturing and business objectives.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are maintained in compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Develop preventive maintenance, calibration, reliability, and asset management programs.
• Manage projects, facility modifications, equipment installations, and capital improvements.
• Provide technical leadership for equipment qualification, facility validation, and process improvements.
• Support manufacturing operations by resolving equipment, facilities, and process-related issues.
• Develop departmental budgets, capex plans, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Ensure capacity planning and infrastructure support for current and future needs.
• Maintain facility drawings, engineering docs, and maintenance history files.
• Partner with EHS to manage emergency response and safety training.
