Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for City buildings and facilities.
• Coordinate and monitor work of maintenance staff and outside contractors to meet standards and schedules.
• Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and establish repair priorities.
