Acadia Healthcare is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to oversee building upkeep and system repairs at our facilities. The role focuses on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventive maintenance, with responsibility for emergency power, fire safety, and security systems.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related maintenance experience; additional electrical/HVAC/refrigeration certifications are preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of facility maintenance, construction, and repair experience.
• Electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform minor and major repair of buildings and equipment.
• Perform skilled and extensive maintenance work and repairs as needed.
• Maintenance, repair, and installation work related to HVAC, refrigeration and electrical control systems at facilities.
• Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment, test/generator weekly, and maintain fire alarm system and extinguishers; inspect lighting system.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Install electrical wiring and equipment during remodeling projects.
• Complete checklists on equipment maintenance procedures; conduct inspections and maintain records.
• Maintain access control systems and control panels for facility security.
• Perform and/or monitor preventative maintenance on building mechanical equipment.
• Operate computer-based equipment that controls and monitors mechanical equipment.
