Acadia Healthcare in Glenmaura, PA is seeking a general maintenance technician responsible for routine repairs across facilities, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and equipment service. The role supports safety standards and back-up for emergencies.

You will follow preventive maintenance schedules, inspect emergency power, fire alarm systems, lighting, and plumbing fixtures, and complete required reports. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in maintenance or facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance or facility operations required.
• Knowledge of standard practices, procedures and tools in the general building/maintenance trades preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment (plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical).
• Back-up for call person in case of emergency; respond timely.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete reports.
• Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm system; test detectors and extinguishers.
• Inspect and maintain plumbing systems and repair furniture as needed.
