Bullpen in Houston is seeking an experienced facilities leader to oversee operations, preventive maintenance, and capital improvements across a portfolio of company-owned and client-managed properties. Based in Houston, you will manage internal teams, coordinate with contractors, and travel monthly to site locations as needed.

The role emphasizes leading capital planning, optimizing operating budgets, and driving reliability and cost efficiency in property operations while ensuring safety

Qualificações

• 10+ years in facilities management or physical asset management with multi-site oversight.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC, roofing, electrical, mechanical, and elevators.
• Experience leading internal teams and coordinating with vendors.
• Budgeting and capital planning experience for large portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facilities operations across a portfolio of properties.
• Lead facilities managers and maintenance teams with clear priorities.
• Develop and maintain capital improvement plans and preventive maintenance programs.
• Evaluate major building systems to plan repairs and replacements.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and performance against budgets and schedules.
• Monitor expenses and contribute to NOI improvements.
• Ensure health and safety standards compliance.
