• Provide updates on planned and in-progress projects to stakeholders.
• Assist leasing with budgets for tenant and market-ready improvements.
• Plan resources and coordinate design professionals, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop schedules and provide pre-construction estimates; obtain bids and analyze bids.
• Collaborate with procurement to leverage pricing and ensure compliance.
