Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead high-performing operations across assigned AMZ account sites. You will oversee FM, AFMs, and Engineering Coordinators, driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering exceptional service to clients and staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Facilities Management experience in corporate offices or CRE environments.
• Experience with contract management, vendor management and small capital projects.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage technical teams.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.
• Experience in customer-facing FM services and professional client interactions.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing levels with appropriate skill sets aligned with the Client to handle IFM services, workload, and KPIs.
• Develop and implement plans for continuous process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency across the portfolio.
• Fully support Client initiatives to drive operational excellence and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote engagement and service excellence.
• Monitor scheduling (PPM), warranties, and asset registers while ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
• Proactively manage local spend and budgets in line with policy, identifying cost savings.
