Ziply Fiber is seeking a Manager, Facilities to lead the development and implementation of systems and programs for safe, compliant facilities operations across our multi-state footprint, focusing on maintenance, performance, and regulatory compliance for critical infrastructure.

You will lead a team of Facilities Supervisors and staff, coordinate with Security and other departments, and contribute to optimizing capital and operating budgets while ensuring reliable service across central

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years progressive Facilities Management experience with 3+ years supervising staff.
• Experience managing multi-state portfolio of facilities across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, power, fire detection and building controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities Supervisors and staff across Ziply Fiber footprint.
• Provide leadership through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Engage across projects to monitor status and ensure compliance.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for critical systems.
• Support capital budgets and vendor coordination; travel to sites as needed.
