The Salvation Army is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager in Fort Myers, FL. You will plan, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate day-to-day operations across multiple buildings, grounds, and an extensive vehicle fleet. Lead a team of 4+ staff while ensuring safety and procedural compliance.

Responsibilities include construction oversight, budgeting, and coordinating with the Business Manager on bid approvals, with a focus on maintaining Salvation Army assets and services.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school degree in Business Management or related field.
• Five years progressive experience supervising thrift store operations.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Plans, supervises, coordinates, directs, monitors and evaluates day-to-day operations across multiple facilities and locations.
• Oversees budgeting, bidding and approval processes and vehicle fleet management.
• Supervises 4 or more employees in Facilities Operations and ensures safety standards.
