Job summary

Qualifications

• HS or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with experience driving 12-passenger van.
• Experience operating facility equipment and completing maintenance tasks.
• 1 year in the field with HS diploma or GED; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salvation Army policies and procedures per Employee Manual.
• Sweep leaves and manage grounds around sidewalks and parking areas.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and staff quarters.
• Coordinate inspections, prepare documentation, and ensure safety standards.
• Direct requests to CO/CCO for approvals; manage orders and supplies as needed.
• Supervise volunteers for community service when required.
