Job summary

Key duties include supervising staff, overseeing new construction and budgeting processes, managing vehicle maintenance records, and ensuring safety standards

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Five years progressively responsible experience supervising thrift store operations.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides management expertise to plan workloads and deadlines; supervises and evaluates department staff.
• Oversees construction and budgeting processes; collaborates with Business Manager on bidding and approvals.
• Manages Salvation Army vehicle fleet and maintenance records; ensures safety and SOP compliance.
