Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Lotus Notes; ability to draft and edit communications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of buildings and officer quarters (landscaping, HVAC, general upkeep).
• Liaise with outside contractors and vendors (HVAC, landscaping, electricians, security).
• Process vendor invoices and track payments; manage related TSAMM actions.
• Supervise facilities staff and conduct performance evaluations; manage schedules and feedback.
• Oversee fleet services: vehicle database, maintenance schedules, insurance requests, and driver lists.
• Coordinate with HR and program directors on facilities and fleet matters.
• Present capital needs for budgets and ensure expenditure compliance.
• Administer UpKeep software for Sacramento County Command.
