Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Denver, CO. This role oversees cleaning, maintenance, and the surrounding grounds at multiple site locations, coordinating with vendors and managing a small vehicle fleet.

Responsibilities include supervising custodial staff, managing the preventative maintenance program, reporting to the Center Director, and ensuring OSHA compliance while fostering a safe environment for all program participants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related work experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English for emails, cleaning instructions, and safety documentation (MSDS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and custodial operations; schedule staff and manage contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors, obtain bids, and supervise preventative maintenance to ensure a safe facility.
• Supervise custodial staff and conduct annual performance evaluations with the Center Director.
• Develop and manage the facility budget and track inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Serve as on-site liaison for contractors, inspectors, and emergency responders.
