Job summary

Wake Forest University School of Law seeks an experienced operations leader to manage daily building operations at the Worrell Professional Center, coordinate space planning, and oversee events and guest logistics. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in facilities/operations, plus at least 2 years of supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, event management, or operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising staff or leading work teams.
Experience coordinating complex operational projects with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of building operations, safety protocols, and event logistics.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day building operations and space planning for the Worrell Professional Center.
Coordinate event planning, guest logistics, and master calendar scheduling.
Oversee vendors, contractors, purchasing, and budget tracking for facilities and events.
Supervise part-time staff and collaborate with Law School leadership on priorities.
Develop and maintain operating procedures and ensure policy alignment.
