Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant technical training and 3–5 years of related experience.
• CMMS and BMS familiarity or experience.
• Ability to work with ladders, scaffolds, lifts, and confined spaces.
• Operational knowledge of OSHA regulations, fire and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily workflows of the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure flawless operation.
• Oversees maintenance department staff scheduling and payroll.
• Maintains HVAC systems and control systems across the estate.
• Manages budgets, safety updates, and capital projects.
• Administers safety trainings, drills, and crisis planning.
• Liaises with Facilities and Safety Departments and coordinates with Wake Forest University safety programs.
