INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks a Sr. Facilities and Environmental Support Coordinator in Mayport, FL to provide supervisory support to the Government Facilities Manager.

The role oversees environmental programs, HAZMAT and HAZWASTE compliance, and serves as liaison with NAVFAC and BOS contractors. You will also handle administrative duties, inspections, reporting, and certification maintenance, ensuring safety and regulatory readiness.

Qualificações

• Active secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5–8 years in facilities management/ DoD or Navy environment.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance and hazardous waste management.
• Certifications: HAZWOPER and RCRA or ability to obtain soon.
• Must complete NSWC PHD training as required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Environmental Program including HAZMAT/HAZWASTE procedures and compliance with regulations.
• Provide admin support: records, action items, tickets, schedules, and reports.
• Serve as NAVFAC point of contact for facility tickets and contractor coordination.
• Act as on-site liaison with NAVFAC and BOS contractors during repairs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety and compliance gaps.
• Maintain environmental certifications and training as required.
• Provide timely updates and risk assessments to the Government Facilities Manager.
• Bid and proposal support if requested.
