Job summary

Inficon Inc. seeks a facilities and EHS leader to maintain and optimize all site equipment while ensuring OSHA General Industry, environmental and ISO 14001 compliance.

You will manage PM programs, coordinate with operations for maintenance, and drive safety, cost, and Lean initiatives across production and R&D facilities. The role includes leading outside vendors, implementing predictive maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance; requires hands-on expertise in electrical/mechanical

Qualifications

• Requires OSHA General Industry compliance experience (29 CFR 1910).
• Experience managing RCRA hazardous waste programs and ISO 14001 EMS ownership.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage RFPs and contractor engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate general facility maintenance including safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds.
• Own and advance the Preventive Maintenance program and develop predictive maintenance.
• Lead vendor selection and contractor oversight for capital build-outs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, RCRA, and ISO 14001 EMS standards.
• Oversee budget, safety, quality, delivery and cost goals within Lean framework.
