Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support our Crane, IN office. You will oversee day-to-day facility operations, safety programs, and vendor coordination to maintain a compliant workplace.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in facilities management, knowledge of OSHA standards, and the ability to work across multi-site government contracting environments. This role requires in-person support and U.S. Citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Operations & Maintenance: Support day-to-day facility operations including office/building maintenance, space management, furniture moves, shipping/receiving, and access control.
• Workplace Safety & Compliance: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining workplace safety programs, OSHA, DoD, and client-specific requirements.
• Project & Space Management: Assist in planning and executing facility-related projects such as office moves, space buildouts, and workplace reconfigurations.
• Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Promote a culture of workplace safety and employee well-being through training and awareness initiatives.
