Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed or certifiable trade knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Makes minor plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and custodial equipment repairs.
• Performs cleaning and inspects facilities to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Operates heating, air conditioning, and ventilating equipment to maintain climate.
• Opens/closes buildings and assigns tasks to staff.
• Maintains area inspection, inventory, and equipment records.
• Instructs staff on cleaning procedures and equipment use.
• Oversees snow removal program.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
