Qualifications

4+ years of facility engineering, operating engineer, or building maintenance experience.
Experience troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Working knowledge of BAS, life safety systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
Universal HVAC License required; Boiler License preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, chiller plant equipment, and critical building infrastructure.
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Monitor and operate Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Fire Alarm Systems (FAS).
Complete work orders, equipment inspections, maintenance documentation, and inventory management.
Support daily building operations while maintaining safety, compliance, and equipment reliability.
