Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Building Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the integrity of building systems at Key Tower in Cleveland, OH. The role requires preventive maintenance, diagnostic repairs, and inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

You will work with property management and subcontractors to optimize performance, ensure safety, and sustain tenant satisfaction. A strong background in BAS controls, chiller plants, and emergency procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and trade school certificate or associate’s degree.
• EPA CFC universal certification or related refrigeration/building automation training preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform work orders and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Oversee carpentry and painting requests to high quality standards.
• Adjust HVAC settings and controls to maintain building standards and energy efficiency.
• Maintain operation logs and PM/work order documentation in CMMS.
• Familiar with fire alarm procedures and standby power operations.
