Syner-G is seeking a Sr. Facilities Engineer to lead and support building and plant operations across laboratory, manufacturing, and utility environments. You will manage maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure GMP and regulatory compliance while mentoring junior staff.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain safe, reliable operations and support audit readiness, with travel to client sites up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.

Responsabilités

• Lead CM and PM activities under facility, system, or equipment contracts.
• Ensure CM/PM programs are executed per SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Conduct advanced inspections of facility utilities, equipment, and systems for risks and improvements.
• Lead updates of P&IDs, HVAC docs, and process diagrams.
• Oversee monitoring of freezers and critical equipment for reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, mechanical, utility, and lab equipment, including root cause analysis.
• Respond to alarms and outages providing technical leadership.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, PMs, repairs and performance per SOPs.
• Support audit readiness and environmental waste management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D to ensure operational continuity.
