Syner-G is seeking a Sr. Facilities Engineer to lead and support building and plant operations across laboratory, manufacturing and utility environments. This role oversees complex facility systems, manages maintenance programs, leads troubleshooting efforts, and ensures GMP/regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of Facilities Engineering experience or equivalent.
• Strong experience with facility systems, utilities, and process equipment.
• CAPEX project experience preferred.
• GMP cleanroom experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee external service providers for CM/PM activities.
• Ensure CM/PM programs are compliant with GMP and internal procedures.
• Inspect facility utilities, equipment and systems to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain and update P&IDs, HVAC docs, electrical one-lines, and process flow diagrams.
• Monitor critical equipment like freezers for proper operation and alarms.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair for HVAC, utility, and lab/manufacturing equipment.
• Respond to alarms and power outages with technical leadership.
• Document inspections, PM activities and repairs per SOPs.
