Job summary

Flynn Arby's seeks a Facilities Director to lead facilities strategy and operations across a large restaurant portfolio. You will partner with Operations and senior leadership to align asset management, brand standards, and financial performance.

You will oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and capital projects, guiding a team of managers and technicians while driving safety and uptime across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management or similar.
• Experience managing multi-unit, geographically dispersed operations.
• Proven ability to lead large distributed teams and develop talent.
• Experience with budgets, vendors, and capital expenditures; strong analytics.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term facilities strategy aligned with growth.
• Establish policies, standards, programs for maintenance and capital projects.
• Serve as senior facilities advisor to Operations leadership.
• Lead vendor negotiations, contracts, and performance management.
• Oversee budgets, maintenance spending, and capital expenditures.
• Drive continuous improvement in work order management and field execution.
• Ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget; manage risks.
• Build and coach a high-performing facilities organization.
• Promote safety, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
