Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to lead enterprise-level facilities management across a large, geographically dispersed restaurant portfolio. You will drive strategy, budget discipline, vendor partnerships, and capital planning while ensuring safety, uptime, and operational excellence.

The role reports to senior leadership and requires strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities to optimize asset performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management or related operations.
• Experience leading multi-site facilities or service teams with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term facilities strategy aligned with brand standards and growth.
• Oversee budgets, capital expenditures, and cost forecasting for the portfolio.
• Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes and field execution.
• Foster safety culture and compliance across all sites.
