Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with leadership experience in multi-unit facilities.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and capex for large portfolios.
• Proven ability to develop scalable programs and drive safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term facilities strategy to support growth and asset reliability.
• Oversee maintenance across markets with strong vendor partnerships.
• Lead capital planning, budgeting, and cost forecasting.
