Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Facilities Director to provide enterprise-level leadership for facilities management across a large restaurant portfolio. You will align facilities strategy with operations, brand standards, and long-term asset planning.

Reporting to Operations leadership, you will oversee maintenance, capital projects, and vendor partnerships, build a high-performing team, and drive safety and cost efficiency across markets. You will travel as needed to fulfill duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in facilities leadership.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and dispersed teams.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term facilities strategy aligned with operations and brand standards.
• Oversee budgets, capital expenditures, and maintenance programs across markets.
• Lead safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
