Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Facilities Director to lead enterprise-wide facilities strategy for a large restaurant portfolio. You will partner with Operations and Finance to align asset management with performance and brand standards, while driving cost control and uptime.

Remote-based role requiring travel to markets as needed. You will build a high-performing team, manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and capital programs, delivering scalable programs and continuous improvement across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in facilities management or operations.
• Experience leading multi-site, geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and capital project experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term facilities strategy across a large restaurant portfolio.
• Establish policies, standards, and processes for maintenance, facilities management, and capital improvements.
• Serve as senior facilities advisor to Operations leadership and executives.
• Oversee facilities operations across markets, ensuring quality and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in work orders, SLAs, and field execution.
• Lead vendor negotiations, contracts, and performance management.
