Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Facilities Director to lead enterprise-level facilities strategy across a dispersed restaurant portfolio. You will align facilities with operational performance, brand standards, and long-term asset management while driving uptime and cost efficiency.

Reporting to Operations leadership, you will build a high-performing team, manage budgets, vendors, and capital projects, and ensure safety and compliance across markets.

• Strong budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term facilities strategy.
