Job summary

Flynn Arby’s Facilities Director leads enterprise-level facilities management for a large restaurant portfolio. You will shape strategy, oversee maintenance across markets, manage budgets and capital spending, and drive improvements in uptime, asset reliability, and service quality.

Reporting to Operations leadership, you will build a high-performing team, foster partnerships with vendors, and ensure alignment with brand standards and safety requirements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and relevant experience.
• Minimum 5+ years leading facilities, maintenance, or service operations.
• Experience managing multi-unit, geographically dispersed teams and budgets.
• Strong business acumen with a track record in capital expenditures and vendor contracts.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term facilities strategy aligned with performance, standards, and growth.
• Oversee maintenance across markets, ensuring service quality and adherence to standards.
• Lead vendor negotiations, contracts, and performance management.
• Manage facilities budgets, capex, spend forecasting, and cost control.
• Foster safety culture, risk mitigation, and business continuity across sites.
