Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a Construction Management/Inspection - Facilities professional to serve as Owner's Representative on complex projects.

The role entails overseeing scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with contract documents across Austin and San Antonio sites. Candidates should bring a civil engineering or related degree, 5–10+ years of construction management experience, and professional credentials such as CCM, PMP, or PE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.
• 5–10+ years' experience in a construction related discipline.
• Experience with active management/oversight of multiple trades and coordination with Owners on construction issues.

Responsabilités

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, occupants, architects/engineers, and contractors.
• Develop Project Management Plans and oversee all phases of the project.
• Create/update project schedules and budgets, and manage sub-consultants.
• Coordinate with the client and project team and prepare bid packages.
• Prepare invoices and monitor approvals; participate in client presentations.
• Oversee and manage assigned staff; ensure work complies with contract documents.
