Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years leading large industrial construction projects.
• 10+ years managing technical and project teams.
• Experience as an owner’s representative or client-side leader on major capital projects.
• Experience managing programs exceeding $500M in total project value.

Responsibilities

• Construction Program Leadership: Lead execution of a $500M-$1B semiconductor capital program.
• General Contractor Management: Act as primary liaison with the General Contractor and oversee contractor performance.
• Semiconductor Facility Construction: Oversee construction and integration of cleanrooms, process tools, utilities, HVAC, and related systems.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop construction and project management teams, drive safety and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Facilities, Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS, Procurement, Finance, and Leadership teams.
• Safety & Operational Excellence: Champion a world-class safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
