Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Essex Junction (Fab 9) is seeking a Sr. Member of Technical Staff - Facilities / Construction Project Management to lead complex tooling and facilities infrastructure projects.

You will act as Owner's Representative with the on-site Construction Manager, engineering teams, equipment groups, and Operations to safely deliver projects that meet schedule, cost, and quality goals. The role requires 8+ years in industrial capital projects, experience as Owner's Rep or client-side

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed above.
• Minimum 8 years managing construction or industrial capital projects.
• Experience as Owner's Representative or client-side PM.
• Fluency in English, strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and risks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and ready for operations.
• Lead tool installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers, General Contractors, Facilities and Operations.
• Maintain project controls: scope, budget, schedule, and change management.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls teams.
