GlobalFoundries is seeking a Sr. Member of Technical Staff - Facilities/Construction Project Management to lead complex semiconductor tooling and facilities construction.

You will act as Owner’s Representative, partnering with on-site teams to safely deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and ready for operations. Role requires extensive experience in tool installation, cleanroom construction, and facility systems, with strong stakeholder management in fast-paced industrial environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for senior level.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative or client-side construction manager.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and operational readiness for projects.
• Manage tool installation, cleanroom construction, and facility infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Contractors, Facilities, Manufacturing, and EHS teams.
• Develop execution plans, manage risks, and report project status.
• Ensure turnover to Operations with proper commissioning and startup.
