GlobalFoundries is seeking a Sr. Member of Technical Staff - Facilities / Construction Project Management for Essex Junction, Fab 9.

You will lead large-scale tooling and facilities infrastructure projects as the Owner’s Representative, coordinating with on-site teams, contractors, and engineering groups to meet safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets. The role focuses on cleanroom construction, tool installation, utilities, HVAC, controls, and commissioning, with a strong emphasis on risk

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years managing construction, engineering, or industrial capital projects.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience leading complex projects in industrial or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative or client-side role.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, engineering teams, suppliers, stakeholders, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and change management.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and ready for operations.
• Manage tool-installation and infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning.
• Act as Owner’s Representative, guiding safety, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and readiness.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers, General Contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve issues to protect project objectives.
• Oversee cleanroom projects, tool hookups, facility utilities, and startup activities.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, and change control.
