Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in property condition assessments. The pay range for this role is between $90,000 and $115,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with conducting property/facility condition assessments.
• Ability to walk small and large properties and climb stairs to access roofs.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire work as well as provide technical leadership and project management for facilities assessment projects.
• Collaborate with project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Manage project budgets and prepare change orders.
