Focus Financial Partners seeks a Senior Advisor Development Manager to design, facilitate, and continuously enhance learning experiences for advisors, enabling knowledge, skills, and confidence that elevate client and advisor experiences.

The role serves as a lead instructor, learning partner, and collaboration with Advisory Leadership to identify development needs and create impactful programs for growth and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Financial Services or related profession.
• Served as part of an Advisory team for 2+ years.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, advisory workflows, client relationships, and team-based service models.
• Experience supporting advisors, clients, or internal stakeholders in a platform or systems-focused role.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional organizational, collaboration, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key facilitator and instructor for advisor development programs and onboarding experiences.
• Deliver engaging, practical training developing advisory expertise and client relationship skills.
• Design and maintain advisor development curriculum, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
• Ensure content reflects firm philosophy, client experience standards, and best practices.
• Monitor learning outcomes and improve programs based on feedback.
• Partner with Leadership and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver timely learning opportunities.
