Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for enterprise-wide health care solutions. You will translate business needs into technical designs, work with business clients and technology partners, and ensure quality and timeliness of delivery.

The role involves facilitating design, documenting functional designs, and mentoring staff while coordinating across multiple portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field; in lieu of degree, 10+ years accepted.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims required.
• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design and build of complex technical solutions within regulatory and ROI constraints.
• Elaborate business requirements into functional designs and ensure enterprise alignment.
• Conduct systems analysis to validate designs and map data elements.
• Prioritize requirements through negotiation and phased release planning.
• Provide consultation to business partners on technology applicability and usability.
