Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a senior software professional to lead analysis, design, and development of mission-critical healthcare software. You will act as a technical expert, guiding an agile team to deliver high-availability, low-latency solutions for on-premise and cloud environments.

The role requires deep TriZetto Facets experience and a strong background in payer operations across fulfillment, membership, billing, and enrollment platforms.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree as required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience with TriZetto Facets and healthcare payer solutions is preferred.

• Act as a technical expert and lead analysis, design and development of high availability, low latency applications for mission critical systems.
• Provide technical leadership to IT specialists and guide teams to deliver solutions.
