The role requires 8+ years of experience, a strong background in healthcare IT, and the ability to guide others while staying current with trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert and lead analysis, design, and development of high-volume, low-latency applications.
• Provide technical leadership to IT specialists to deliver solutions.
• Perform discovery to understand complex business problems and execute assignments.
• Evaluate buy vs build options and communicate recommendations.
• Analyze and resolve development and production issues; communicate with stakeholders.
• Stay current with technology trends and best practices.
