Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Senior Facets Product Consultant to help healthcare payers optimize claims and benefits operations through Facets expertise and strategic consulting. You will lead requirements discovery, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and offshore/onshore partners on transformations across claims and benefits administration, with a remote-US-friendly model and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with TriZetto Facets platform in BA/consulting
• Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations (claims, benefits, EOC)
• Experience conducting requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and interpret configurations
• Strong understanding of Facets data structures and core functionality
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience collaborating with distributed onshore/offshore teams
