Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Facets Product Consultant to help healthcare payers optimize claims and benefits operations using Facets expertise. You will lead requirements discovery, analyze working processes, and propose solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, operations leaders, technical teams, and delivery partners across onshore and offshore teams to drive successful implementations and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with TriZetto Facets in BA/consulting roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations, including claims and benefits.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and interpret system configurations.
• Strong understanding of Facets data structures and core platform functionality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience collaborating with distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define objectives, KPIs, and outcomes for claims and benefits.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Facets functionality including benefits configuration, EOC, and claims processing.
• Analyze business requirements and system capabilities to identify options and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to interpret configuration and ensure alignment.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and guidance across onshore and offshore delivery organizations.
