Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an senior creative strategist that has experience in Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads Creative Strategy who can come in and lead a team creative strategists to plan for our clients, research high converting ad concepts and ad formats, help our team create static and video briefs, coordinate with video creators, and aid in management of our creative strategy process to ensure quality and that deadlines are met. We have a lot of high-profile e-commerce clients that we work with and really need a seasoned senior creative strategist who can lead our team to create high quality creative for our clients.
We are looking for a team player who can work well with our creative strategy team and interact with multiple departments such as our creative strategy team, design team, and performance marketing team that we work with to produce static and video content.
The right candidate will be a leader who pays close attention to detail and is task-oriented, research oriented, and able to keep the team and respective departments on pace to make sure we are meeting or exceeding client expectations. The right candidate will also have a keen and unwaivering eye for quality.
We need someone who can thrive in our fun-loving, laid-back environment, but also ensure everything is getting done in a timely manner. A self-starter who can see problems and go to work fixing them and not be just an order taker.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Meta and TikTok ads creative strategy.
If you actively follow Dara Denney, Savannah Sanchez, Mirella Crespi, or Jess Bachman then you're probably a good fit.
Must have a portfolio of work that demonstrates the results that you have been able to provide.
