We are currently hiring a Creative Strategist to manage the creative production process for our eCommerce clients at LJV Media. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production and iteration process end-to-end, from concept to scriptwriting to testing & analyzing the ads on TikTok and Facebook.

About Us

We're a small advertising agency that works with e-commerce businesses on their TikTok & Facebook Ads. Our clients spend $50,000 to $5,000,000 monthly on ads and have extremely high expectations for their partners.

You will be working alongside our other 3 full-time creative strategists and will be partnered up with 1 or 2 video editors and graphic designers who will help your ideas come into reality. You will not be responsible for any editing work yourself.

We work very hard, everyone on the team works nights/weekends as needed without being asked to because they love their work.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and write conversion-driven scripts for new ads
  • Design graphical overlays, text treatments, etc...for video ads
  • Storyboard new creative ideas using tools like ClickUp, Foreplay, Notion, and more
  • Consistently create premium UGC ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Work with internal and 3rd-party production partners to create videos, gifs, and other types of formats for ads
  • Organize UGC shoots with our creators or conduct your own shoots
  • Find ways to source new UGC creators who produce high-quality ad content (You'll have a Talent Coordinator to support you with this task)
  • Analyze performance data, and come up with new ideas for big swings and iterations that can improve performance
  • Work with our internal team to build client-facing reports that help us make key creative decisions
  • This role is client-facing and will require consistent communication with our client

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a creative role at an e-commerce company or e-commerce-focused agency
  • Proven track record of producing winning ads spending over $100,000 profitably
  • Experience creating performance-driven ads for Facebook, TikTok, Youtube
  • Can-do attitude is a must; this is a start-up that requires you to wear many hats and deal with a certain level of day-to-day uncertainty
  • Experience driving projects forward in design including websites, paid media, apps, and email is strongly encouraged
